Eligibility Window
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
Condition of Item
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unused, and resalable condition. We cannot accept worn or washed merchandise for return.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears worn, used, or damaged in any way.
Return Process & Costs
- To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable).
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility requirements (unworn, original condition, etc.), we will process your refund.
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment minus shipping costs.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received for the refund to be posted to your account.
- Note: The original shipping costs paid on your order (if any) are non-refundable.
